RelayBrief privacy

Collected

RelayBrief receives your email address, submitted message or notes, optional client and goal details, selected tone, basic browser and network security data, and order status.

Used for

The data is used to validate the request, prevent abuse, create and deliver the result, provide the protected order page, process refunds, and maintain payment and delivery records.

Processors

Stripe processes payment, OpenAI processes the submitted material to create the email, and Resend sends the emailed copy. Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy practices.

Card data

RelayBrief does not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe supplies payment identifiers and status needed to fulfill or refund the order.

Retention

The email, submitted content, and generated result are removed from RelayBrief's order store after 30 days. Hashed abuse controls and payment, refund, fraud, and operational records may be kept longer.

Protected link

The order link acts like a password for the result. Do not post it publicly or forward it to people who should not see the content.

No sale

RelayBrief does not sell order content or use it for third-party advertising.

For an access or deletion request, contact pham.alann@gmail.com from the order email and include the protected order link. Never include card details.
