RelayBrief terms
Effective July 26, 2026
- Service
- RelayBrief uses the material you submit to produce one ready-to-send business email with a subject line and body.
- Price
- The price is $2 USD per request, collected in advance by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page, not RelayBrief.
- Delivery
- The result is placed on a protected order page and sent to the email address submitted with the request. Keep the protected link private.
- Refund
- If RelayBrief cannot generate the paid result or cannot submit its emailed copy after the built-in retries, the payment is automatically refunded. Bank posting times vary.
- Your material
- You must have the right to submit the material. Do not submit card numbers, passwords, government identifiers, health records, or information you are not authorized to share.
- Limits
- The output is writing assistance, not legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing it before sending it.
- Outcome
- RelayBrief does not guarantee that a recipient will reply, buy, pay, agree, or take any other action.
- Abuse
- Automated card testing, fraud, harassment, impersonation, unlawful use, and attempts to bypass purchase limits are prohibited and may be blocked.
